Dont get it

I deleted the app as soon as I put it on my iPhone. Almost every link takes you to the website to buy their stuff. The free samples on the app are so few, and there are true free apps out there with tons of exercise plans and diet plans. Dont waste your time with this one. I hate false advertising.
